Rangiora High School - Horse Riding

The school offers opportunities to ride both within the school timetable and also by living with a family who have their own horses, and riding at home.

In cooperation with ComCol our International Students can receive professional riding lessons as well as choose Equestrian Studies as a subject at school.

Opportunities to join local pony and horse events.

Students can join with or without previous riding experience

You will have opportunities to learn:

• Riding skills
• Dressage
• Horsemanship
• Show jumping
• Polo
• Horse trekking
• Grooming and care

During your stay you can spend your holidays at a riding stable not far from Rangiora in great New Zealand scenery.
You can choose to live in the country-side with a family who have their own horses.
