Rangiora High School will be undertaking mid-term elections for two members for our Board of Trustees this year. Both of these positions will be for a three-year term. This process will start with the issuing of nomination papers to our parent/caregiver community by Friday 9 October 2020.
We have again employed Canterbury Education Services (CES) to act as our Returning Officer and undertake the election process on our behalf.
This year with legislative changes our nomination forms and full instructions on how to place a nomination into our School’s own Election website will be emailed to you by Friday 9 October 2020 .They may also be downloaded here: Nomination Instruction Sheet Nomination Form
In addition, this year the option for online voting will also be available.
For those that do not have access to the internet, nomination papers will be available at the School office from Monday 12 October 2020. A copy of the School Roll will also be available for inspection at the School Office.
Those nomination papers should be returned back to the School Office. We will then send those on to CES for processing.
