Year 9 Curriculum

Our Year 9 Curriculum has been reviewed for 2012. The following information is a general guide for parents and students. The Junior Curriculum Handbook also describes Year 10 courses which will help in the selection for Year 9.

All Year 9 students study English, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies and Health and Physical Education for a full year.

In addition, all Year 9 students also study FOUR semester (half-year) courses, including at least one course from each of the Arts, Technology and Languages faculties.

Students are able to select an extension course in one of their semester courses should they wish to study this subject for a full year.
