Staff

 

Rangiora High School has over 100 teachers and more than 50 support staff. Through structures such as our House system and curriculum departments, all staff work hard to ensure each student feels a sense of belonging to our school. The Principal leads a dynamic Senior Leadership Team which includes the four Deputy Principals and the Head of Guidance.

 

"The Principal and Senior Leadership Team provide strong leadership and direction for the school. The Senior Leadership Team has set high standards by establishing non-negotiable teacher expectations for student attendance, behaviour, performance and uniform." (ERO Report, June 2009).

 

The Senior Leadership Team works with the Heads of Department, Heads of House, Deans of House and other guidance and pastoral staff to ensure our school remains focussed on student achievement within a supportive and family-like atmosphere.

 

Each Deputy Principal has school-wide oversight of a specific portfolio. The Senior Leadership Team comprises:
