This course focusses on promoting core body strength, flexibility, muscle tone, baloance, posture and breathing. Suitable for those who have completed at least one term of introductory pilates.
* Tor ecognise/perform pilates exercises additional to the basic set.
*To be able to feel Transversus and consciously engage it for core strength
* To identify indicators which show that an exercise is too hard for the body
* To incorporate good posture into everyday activities
